Structure description
Conductor
Copper and Aluminum conductor, selection depends on cost budget. Compact round conductor with good roundness and smooth surface5+1 Milliken design is used for conductors with and above 800mm2 cross section area to reduce skin effect and proximity effect.Semi-conductive wrapping tape is used to prevent penetration from inner screen to conductor and improve smoothness of inner screen.

Fully imported super clean cross-linking polyethylene screen material with surface smooth & electric field distribution evenly
Insulation
Imported super-clean cross-linking material, extruded with inner & outer screens simultaneously, tightly combined. Gravity material feeding system to prevent external pollution and guarantee purity of raw material, on-line stress relief, vertical production line, small insulation eccentricity and good roundness.
Water buffer layer
High performance water resistant material ensure better water resistant property of cable, buffer layer design ensure expansion space of insulation.
Metallic screen
To meets the requirement of metallic screen and system short-circuit capacity Radial corrugated water-blocking Al. sheath with excellent mechanical strength to protect core of insulated cable.
Bitumen coating
Anti-corrosion bitumen to protect Al. sheath with excellent mechanical strength to protect Al. sheath effectively
Outer sheath
Extruded PE or PVC sheath or double layer extrusion simultaneously;Optional low smoke, low halogen or low smoke halogen free material, optional flame retardant, termite resistant material to meet the requirement in different occasions.
