Its flame retardant characteristic is in accordance with GB/T 18380.33 9 (IEC60332-3-22:2000)
Its low smoke zero halogen characteristic is in accordance with GB/T 17651(IEC 61034) and GB/T 17650.2(IEC60754-2)
Its main technical indexes comply with RCC-E, IEEE383, IEC 60502-2, IEC60332, IEC61034, IEC60754 and so on.
Range of application
It is applied outside the containments of nuclear power station under seismic load, to make sure the power transmission in medium voltage system, and the functions, such as scram, containment isolation, core emergency cooling, nuclear reactor heat export, prevention of the emission of radioactive material, will work uninterruptedly. It can also be applied in underground converting stations, high-rise buildings, metro, ships, wharfs and chemical industry with high requirements on security.
1、Rated voltage: 6/6kV、6/1OkV、8.7/10kV、8.7/15kV、12/20kV
2、Max. temperature of conductor in short circuit shall not exceed 250℃ , with Max. duration less than 5s.
3、Ambient temperature of laying shall not be lower than 0℃, and the minimum bending radius shall not be less than 12D (D – outer diameter)
4、When the allowable working temperature is not less than 90℃, the identification lifespan of cables shall not be less than 60 years.
1、Finished cable flame retardant properties before and after ageing should comply with A class bundle burning test in GB/T 18380.33 standard.
2、Smoke density of the finished cables complies with GB/T 17651 (IEC61034) standard, light transmittance should not be less than 60％.
3、Halogen-free property complies with GB/T 17650.2 (IEC 60754-2) standard, the acidity （pH value）of overflow air should not be less than 4.3 when non-metallic material is burned.
4、Conductivity should not be more than 10us/mm
5、Radiation resistant: 25 x 104 Gy
1、DC resistant of the finished cable at 20℃ complies with GB/T 3956-2008(IEC60228) standard.
2、The finished cable can withstand 3.5Uo AC voltage test for 5 minutes without breakdown on insulation.
3、No appearance discharge on the finished cables under 1.73 U0. voltage
4、The finished cable can withstand 4Uo AC voltage for 4 hours with breakdown the insulation.
